Consignment Policies
- Please call us at (480) 400-7166 to discuss your consignment or estate services needs
- We can set up an appointment at your convenience to drop off your consignment firearms at our Tempe office. Larger collections can be picked up directly from your location in the greater Phoenix metro area
- Valid picture identification with your current legal address is required to consign firearms
- Consignee (us) will catalog consigned items and provide Consignor (you) with a detailed receipt
- Consignee (us) will research past sales and current offerings on GunBroker and other Online Marketplaces to determine the best sales approach (Auction, Fixed Price, Best Offer) and determine an average estimated sale value. (This is NOT A GUARANTEED SALE VALUE – your sales results may vary) SALES APPROACH AND PRICING ARE TO BE APPROVED BY THE CONSIGNOR (you) PRIOR TO OFFERING GOODS FOR SALE.
- If you decide to consign your firearms:
- Per ATF regulations, Consignee (us) must take them into our possession and log them into our Acquisitions and Dispositions record. Consignment firearms in our possession are stored in safes and our facility is alarmed with direct police response.
- Consignee (us) will photograph the items, prepare descriptions, and manage the offering, sale, and shipment of your firearms on GunBroker and other Online Marketplaces suitable for your items. Any information Consignor (you) can provide on item condition, number of rounds fired, and any known damage will be helpful in obtaining the best prices. Please include any original boxes, owner's manual, magazines, etc. to enhance sales.
- Consignee (us) will pay Consignee (you) 82% of the final gross sale amount (18% commission) via mailed business check within 5 days after Buyer payment has been received and cleared
- Note: Due to ATF regulations any firearms returned to the Consignor (you) require the Consignor to complete a Form 4473 and an FBI NICS check (if no CCW). (No Charge)
